What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Free Shipping over Rs 2000/-

On free shipping, product is sent via normal Freight Method which can take times up to 10-15 working days.

Express Delivery:  Rs 99 The order gets delivered within 7-15 working days. (It may take 15-20 days in case of the battery as it travels through the surface mode.)

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Delivery timing depends upon the freight method chosen by the customer as well it also depends on the distance of the destination.

I want to know where is my order?

Once the parcel is ready, packed, and shipped, the customer receives an email or/and SMS about the tracking details. We recommend you use those details to track your order.

Note: For any incorrect delivery status issue, we request the customer to please first check with your neighbors, security guard, and watchman and still you face a delivery issue then please call and raise the ticket at sales@prayogindia.in within 48hrs after the incorrect delivery status of the order.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Mostly we ship the product through DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, and Shiprocket courier. In case of special requests, we also ship through India speed post for Rural Areas.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay through multiple payments options on Prayogindia.in the checkout page. You can pay through Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, Mobile Payments, and Wallets.

Cash on Delivery is offered Prayogindia.in and it is location-dependent. Applicability of COD is determined by our system once you enter the pin-code of your area. Also, the COD service is chargeable (Rs.100).  It is charged by the shipping company for cash handlings.

Once you place a COD order, our executive will call you to confirm your order only after which your order will be processed.
It is best to prepay your order and buy confidently.

What if, Item is faulty and not working?

It may sometimes happen that the item may not work or is difficult to put into action, so in this case, visit the product page on prayogindia.in and make sure that you are not missing any instruction on the ‘How to use’ part.
If you are sure that the item is really faulty, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Attach a small video and snapshots which demonstrates that the product is not working:- Explaining details of the entire issue could be time a cumbersome task, attaching a video along with a ticket gives a clear and quick understanding of the issue and resolution time reduces to a significant extent

My order is different from what was ordered/ I received wrong item

Well, chances are very feeble that the parcel will have some missing parts or accessories.
But even if the customer receives an incomplete order, then please submit a ticket mentioning the below details and we will get back to you.

Once the ticket is submitted,

we will get back to you in 48 hours and we will mail you if we need further information, else we will ship you the product which you actually intended (‘The Right Product’)

why will we ask for further information?
Our operations run on an automated system, if the item is missing in a particular order then our system will show that the extra material is in stock which means that some orders are shipped with missing items, and this way we will be sure. once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, We will ask the customer to send the wrong item back to us and we will send them back the right one.
